Update My Account Information

I need to update the following information:
  • Change of Mailing Address

    • If you only need to update your mailing address for correspondence, please Click here to complete an Update My Account Information Form.

    • If you are moving and need to transfer your electric service, please go to Transfer Your Service and complete a Moving In or Moving Out form.

  • Change of Telephone Number(s)

    • To fully utilize our automated outage reporting system, we need your help to ensure our outage management records are up-to-date.  To do that, Beltrami Electric needs the following information from you:

      • A primary telephone number and any additional telephone number that you would use to report an outage at your location.  (Example: cell phone)  These number will be used to uniquely associate your service location in our outage management system.

    • Please complete an Update My Account Information Form.
       

If you have an inactive account with Beltrami Electric Cooperative, meaning you have moved out of our service area, please use the form above to provide your new address and phone number(s) so we may contact you regarding future capital credit retirements.
