UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION

To help us better serve you it is important to keep your account information up-to-date.  This includes your contact phone number, mailing address and email address. From outage reporting to capital credits, keeping your account information up-to-date is key.


Update Your Contact Info

You may contact our office to update any of the following information by calling (218) 444-2540 or (800) 955-6083 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m and we will be happy to assist you.  You may also update your contact information through SmartHub or use the form to the right.

Update your contact phone number

To fully utilize our automated outage reporting system, we need your help to ensure our outage management records are up-to-date.  To do that, Beltrami Electric needs the following information: 

A primary telephone number and any additional telephone numbers that you would use to report an outage at your location.  (Example: cell phone)  These numbers will be used to uniquely associate your service location in our outage management system.

Update your mailing address

If you need to update your mailing address for correspondence, simply fill out the form to the right or contact our office.

If you are moving and need to transfer your electric service, please go to Start/Stop/Transfer Service.

No longer have an active account?

If you do not have an active account with Beltrami Electric and would like to update your contact information for future capital credit retirement payments, you may contact our office or use the form to the right.  It is important we have the most current mailing address to ensure you receive your capital credits as they are retired and paid out in the future.
