Staking Technician
Beltrami Electric Cooperative is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Staking Technician. We are looking for a candidate that is highly motivated, with strong communication and organizational skills to assist our members in acquiring safe, proper, efficient and economical electric service.
The position is responsible for staking the construction, relocation, retirement and maintenance of work plan projects, road jobs (state, county, township and private) new services, service improvements, meter moves, AMI communication devices, sectionalizing devices and regulator installations, single and three-phase distribution lines and facilities. Candidates should have two or more years’ related experience and/or training.
BEC offers an excellent pay and benefits package and the opportunity to be a part of a great cooperative team and culture. The starting hourly range for this position is $38.72/hr - $51.62/hr. The final compensation offered will be based on the candidates’ qualifications, experience and skill level. Member Services Lead
Beltrami Electric Cooperative is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Member Services Lead.
The Member Services Lead will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to cooperative members, managing past due accounts and collection activities, and offering leadership and coordination to the Member Services Representatives and Cashier/Receptionist. The role also involves developing and maintaining professional, positive relationships with external contacts, including but not limited to agencies and landlords. Candidates should have a positive attitude, along with strong skills in motivation, communication, and organization. A bachelor's degree in business management (B.S.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
