Beltrami Electric Cooperative sponsors one high school junior annually, whose parent or guardian is a member of the cooperative. Students will spend a week in Washington, D.C., and will tour several historic sites, learn about electric cooperatives and meet with elected officials in the U.S. House and Senate.
