At Beltrami Electric Cooperative, safety is our number one priority, for our members, our employees and our communities. We continue to monitor events surrounding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. As has been reported by the MN Department of Health, there is a known case of COVID-19 within Cass County, which Beltrami Electric serves a portion of. As a result, we are progressing to the next stage in our Pandemic Response Plan. We provide a service essential to protecting life and property, therefore we have taken a systematic approve to business continuity and taking precautions - such as closing our doors - to protect the health and well-being of our employees.
Effective March 23, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., Beltrami Electric Cooperative's office will be closed to walk-in traffic until further notice to limit the potential for person-to-person spread of COVID-19.
We ask members to call us at (218) 444-2540 or (800) 955-6083 during our normal business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) with questions as many of our services can be completed electronically. Members may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

SmartHub: Members may utilize the SmartHub web platform or mobile app to make a payment, monitor their use, or manage their account. If you have questions about signing up for SmartHub, please give us a call and we can walk you through the process.
Online: Members may make a one-time online payment by clicking on One-Time payment at the top of our website.

If members experience an outage, please report it as usual and we will dispatch our linemen to make the repairs as usual. Outages may be reported via SmartHub, Outage Texting, or by calling (218) 444-2540 or (800) 955-6083.
Beltrami Electric's management team will continue to monitor the fluid and changing situation. We will still be working; we will just be working DIFFERENTLY.
